It's designed to be a balanced diet to give you all of the food groups, while considering the earth's environment and the environmental impact of the food industry. It's suitable for "flexitarians", vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters alike.
Use the tool to personalize your diet to see what it might look like under the recommended allowances from the published research. Get suggestions for meals and ingredients based on the recommended ratios and your recommended daily calorie intake (you can choose your age, sex and how active you are).

Planetary Health Diet does not collect, transmit, share, or store any personal data. We collect absolutely zero data from the app. No data of any kind is sent to us or any third party.
Health Data
This app does not access, collect, use, or share any health or fitness data from your device, including data from Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health platform or sensor. Any dietary information you enter (such as age, sex, activity level, or calorie preferences) is used solely within the app on your device to personalise your experience and is never transmitted off your device.
Local Storage
All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not collect or store any data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. All app data resides solely on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app, which will remove all locally stored data from your device.
Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs.
